The Reiki Network Seminar Fee Recommendation
 
One of the statements in the training handbook (Appendix B) reads:
„Each member of the Network has discretionary power to charge what they feel is ethical and appropriate, providing they stay above the minimum level set in the area or country.”

This table is a summary of these minimum levels, for 2013:

Public Talks / Lectures
usually taking 60 to 90 minutes and explaining what Reiki is,
conveying the basics about the energetic being 'human'
and telling you about the history of Reiki; with time for questions.
free of charge  
 
Reiki 1 Seminar
at least 2 hours usually distributed on 2 days
(usually over the weekend)
 
Reiki 2 Seminar
 at least 12 hours usually distributed on three consecutive evenings
 
Reiki 3A Seminar
Taking at least 15 hours distributed over 3 days;
the fee is usually recompensed in the case of the student continuing on to Master Training.
 
Reiki Master Training
Taking at least one year (though not full time study).
The fee is based on the value of US $1,000 in the year 2000,
converted into the local currency and increasing since then in line
with the increase in the local cost of living.
 
Reiki Master Teacher Training
This stage is based on experience and no further fee is charged.
